Lisa is a licensed real estate broker and the owner of Trebbiano Realty, proudly serving Lubbock, Texas and the surrounding communities. With over 10 years of experience in the Lubbock real estate market and more than 1,000 hours of advanced real estate education, she provides data-driven guidance to buyers, sellers, and investors who value integrity, clarity, and long-term results.

Lisa has been self-employed since the age of 20 and brings a strong entrepreneurial background into every real estate transaction. Prior to founding Trebbiano Realty, Lisa owned and operated multiple businesses, including a trash removal company and a custom packing house, and previously managed a large feedyard. These experiences shaped her disciplined approach to business, negotiation, and client advocacy. Today, as a broker owner in Lubbock, Lisa applies that same operational precision to protecting her clients’ real estate investments.

Lisa is deeply involved in the local real estate community and currently serves on five committees with the Lubbock Association of REALTORS®, chairing one of them. Her leadership roles allow her to stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices—ensuring all clients benefit from current, accurate, and strategic information in an ever-changing market.

Community service is a cornerstone of Lisa’s professional life. She is a CASA advocate and actively supports local charitable initiatives such as Step Up for Kids, which provides shoes to underprivileged children in Lubbock-area schools at the beginning of each school year. Lisa is also active in her church and believes faith and service should extend beyond business and into everyday life.

As a faith-based real estate broker, Lisa prays over each client and every home she represents. She prays that the Lord’s will be done—not my her own—and that every decision aligns with what is best for the families and individuals she serves. Lisa is known for being direct, honest, and transparent. She does not sugarcoat homes, market conditions, or challenges. Brian Victor

Brian Victor is a Farm and Ranch Real Estate Specialist with more than 37 years of self-employment experience and a lifelong background in agriculture. Raised farming in New Mexico, Brian grew up working the land alongside his family, developing a deep understanding of farming operations, livestock management, and rural land stewardship. Today, he brings that firsthand agricultural knowledge to clients buying and selling farm and ranch properties throughout West Texas and surrounding rural communities.

Brian’s approach to farm and ranch real estate is rooted in practical experience. He has raised cattle and other livestock and understands the realities of working land—from grazing capacity and fencing to water access, infrastructure, and long-term land use. His extensive knowledge of agricultural operations allows him to evaluate properties beyond surface details, helping clients make informed decisions based on productivity, sustainability, and investment potential.

With an entrepreneurial mindset shaped by decades of self-employment, Brian approaches every transaction with diligence, foresight, and accountability. He understands that farm and ranch real estate is not just about acreage—it is about livelihood, legacy, and generational planning. As a former roper and participant in the rodeo circuit, Brian remains deeply connected to the ranching and agricultural community and is proud to serve fellow farmers, ranchers, and landowners with honesty and respect.

Brian is an avid outdoorsman and hunter who values the simpler things in life. He lives a laid-back, grounded lifestyle that reflects the rural values of the clients he serves.
